NOPE Idk what it is now im lost it started up one time then cut off.Thought it was map sensor,then put it on car wont start anymore Thinking it might be egay conversion harness ,But the same harness worked in my friends car,So really right now IdkOriginally Posted by JDM_EK4
Lol I'm sorry. I traded shell for shell my CRX for a Hatch. Wiring was butchered in the hatch. I pulled the complete harness from the CRX. (which was wire tucked)Originally Posted by JDMJAYDC2
So, pulled all the wiring, from front to back.
Soldered all the connections back together, lights, fuel pump, re-connected the tuck ETC.
Put my SI spindles
disk rear brakes
turbo
exhaust
suspension
smashed the engine bay for the alternator
primed, painted, and cleared the engine bay.
Put the motor in
Now, am just waiting for new carpet, dash, and stock CRX si front seats.
.....in 2 days after work....I go to bed at about 11, and get off work at 4
Oh yeah...I only moved home, I'm still quite an asshole

cool I think its my wiring, since it was done by some mexican americans that didnt really know that much about wiring.They spliced the hell out of the stock harness.I never took a real look at the harness until today.I looked at the wires for the dizzy plugs and they were electrical taped on .So Imma see if its that because my car use to act funny.Like it drove fine while the check engine light was on, and when it when off is when I had the problems .Originally Posted by JDM_EK4
My car would start up fine if check light was on.But only code I had when it was obd0 was for TPS.And when the check light went off the car would idle at 3k with no throttle response at all,even if you were WOT.It would stay revd up until the check light came back on then it would run fine.
Found out the harness sucks ass and since I put the jumper harness in.Its trying to make the car run correctly and the wiring is rigged to run the wrong way.Which would be with the check engine light on...So im going to pull a part today and getting the stock harness and taking it to my friend at M.T Autoworks and let him convert the DPFI to MPFI.

Well back to the Basics when I took my head to Dover I got them to resurface it,because my head had suppose itly been rebuilt about 4k miles before.But the valves had lots of CO2 build up.Wiring is now done car still wont start.Did compression test and compression was pretty low really low.So taking the head back off and hopefully oil rings didnt cease and its just bent valves.
Damn, you just can't catch a break.
