the da ones do push out the wheel for sure...i just did my swap yesterday and the passenger side da bushings were shot completely. so now i have rear disc but i have a da on one side and the ef on the other, and one side is out more. now i gotta find a passenger side da trailing are ugh.... so check your bushings or go a head and replace them if you can.

    before integra trailing arms

    after integra trailing arms

I didn't see a difference. Maybe these pics can help show a difference.

I can't say I've seen any difference either, but I wasn't measuring the rear track before and after swapping the trailing arms. I can say that correcting the camber in the rear with a reduced ride height will definitely push your rear wheels out.

After looking at jriley car there's a different between to the two (since he has one crx and one integra trailing arm now LOL). The difference it big enough to run two of the same trailing arms, but not large enough to not use integra arms at all. So I would take whatever is the easier route for you (for me it would be swapping the trailing arms).
