i "know" a guy that has an ariel atom, and there was a CERTAIN shop using his pictures to say they worked on it (i took the pictures), when they DID NOT... he proceed a extremely large case and this SHOP paid good money for him to drop all charges.
this guy just so happen to be related to be in a strong way... BTW!
there is a ton of money to be made, and im going to be extremely upset with you if you dont take advantage of this situation man. good luck

guy, maybe they sell altezza tails, and they could just use a pic of my dad's car for the bumper lights and tails, they wouldn't need to photoshop

I don't think that litigation is automatically the answer. If they ignore or deny your request to remove your IP, then you can take further action.
Everyone is sue-happy until they realize that a dumb little mistake can have them on the other end of a case where someone wants a ton of money for basically nothing.
yeah thats pretty much what i'm doing. I have asked them to remove it, and I have submitted 1 of each of the auctions to ebay's VeRO program which protects individuals intellectual property rights. So hopefully something will happen soon. If not I'll move further... carefully.
