    Cool mountain cruise in the fall?

    hey, are you guys planning a mountain cruise in the fall?

    I used to go up to deals gap a couple times a year - once in the spring and once in the fall, to drive the curvy tail of the dragon.

    But over the past weekend I got a chance to cruise around dahlonega a bit and the roads are ok there - some of them remind me of deals gap, just less sharp, less banked, and less people.

    Sooooo, are you guys planning a fall trip to Dahlonega or want to?

    There's a big loop around some scenic areas and that would be fun to take a bunch of cars through.

    Fall would be ideal because the weather will be a bit cooler, and the leaves will start changing colors so it'll be pretty picturesque for those who want to take photos, etc.

    Thoughts?

    oh lord. even though it would cost me $100 in gas alone, i would have to do this

    we go to dahlonega a few times a year (the squad), but i think preparations for a fall run should be in order.
