Default 1989 civic si with a b16 install questions

Ok I have a little project going at my house right now that I need to get running so i can take the crx off the road.

I have a 89 civic si. See below.

I'm putting in a B16 with a ls cable tranny. See below.

I'm having a few issues. These are probably really minor but I would like an answer.
I have the 1989 wiring harness and everthing matches up pretty good except the following.

    and

In looking at the round plug it looks like it needs to be lengthend to reach the back of the intake manifold. I do not have anywhere for the rectangle plug. On my civic it went to a pressure pot on the back of the manifold. where goes it go on the b16.

also on the ls tranny I have two hoses coming out of the speed sensor where do they hook up or do I use a d series speed sensor.

The sooner I can get this on the road the sooner I can the rex off the road to restore.

    Thanks
    Rich

the hoses on the speed sensor Dont hook to nothing I believe they were for oil overflow from vc, So extra oil would go to tranny

the hoses on the speed sensor were for the speed-sensitive power steering. Just loop them together to close the system.

the first harness i believe is not used which is located behind the motor correct, and the second harness no clue

just drop the motor is and crank it up and see if motor is running correct.

Default b16 install with questions regard ac

I've ordered the magazine so will read when comes in.

Anybody running ac in their hatch or rex with a b16. If so what bracket did you use and also what compressor?

I've read a del sol bracket and also hasport one but they are really proud of their work and the price reflects that.

I'm gradually getting the engine in but it is taking time since this is just a project car for me.

I've got the mounts in and then all the wiring is done even the additional stuff so it is coming along but I'd still like to have ac when I'm done.

    Thanks
    Richard

Innovative also sells an adapter bracket so you can use the stock AC compressor. It's a little bit cheaper than the Hasport piece ($150 vs. $200).

    Default b16 ac

    thanks.

I'd ditch the ac if the wife wasn't gonna drive this thing but the wife and two kids are gonna run around in when it is done. Cant put two small kids through that when I do it every day in my rex.
