    Default B16 hatch, wanting A/C, need help/info

    Firstly, thanks for taking the time to look at this.

    I am wanting to put A/C into a B16 hatch but, am running into some problems. The setup I'm using came off a B16 crx. When I took it off I found that there were only two bolts holding the compreesor to the bracket. Not too big of a problem, cause its been like that for years.

    But, also found that it had been sitting on top of the crossmember and the mounts in the hatch look like the motor sits maybe a 1/2 inch lower so the crossmember will be in the way.


    I know someone on here has some info for me.

    You'll need to get a bracket to relocate the compressor, like the one that Hasport makes, which can be seen in the picture below:
