Question High beams vs Low beams Question

    Hey guys. Question.

Are the high beam and low beam housings shaped differently for different light spread specifically on EFs (89 CRX)? If so, is there any way to reverse the two? Meaning, to point the high beams down to not blind on coming traffic, and to turn the low beams up to see further when they are turned up?
    Just curious....

You can use the bulb used for the high beams with the low beam plug. You will need a dremal and cut down a tab on the plug.

Dare, I think he's more referring to the housing itself...like how the reflective "spread pattern area" is shaped...

If that's the case, no. You can only adjust the direction of the entire headlight housing as a whole unit as opposed to adjusting either beam.

OK, and if I were to run the 2005 (if i remmeber right. THe low beam bulb) in the high beam housing, would I still be blinding the **** out of oncoming traffic? And would my visibility change much?
