oh speakin of bushings. the big one on the rear trailing arm that has the bracket on both sides. that is replaceable right. ill take a pic of it but im in class. if you know what im talking about then you might not need a pic.

SL65AMG - Yes, the "rear trailing arm bushing" is replaceable. It'll be a rubber fill wrapped with a steel ring. Look at it and you'll see what I mean. Spray some PB blaster and let that sit for some time. Take a punch, and hit the shit out of it. However, it's bigger on one side than it is the other. Meaning...that ring/bushing comes out ONLY on one side. You'll be reusing that pin (through the middle), and the metal ring, so try not to damage them. Also, remember which side is up and which side goes to the inside on that pin.

I know there's an aftermarket bushing kit (I forgot the brand), just search the web for that kit or nopi. If u want oem just goto honda or your local auto parts store.

LoL, I know what you're talking about, and rear trailing arm bushing should be the right name for it...
If you want rubber, check AutoZone, or Advance, or Napa. They should have it.
If you want Urethane, there's two main companies that make them. Energy Suspension and Prothane. I used Energy on my car all the way around. It's stiff... To get Energy, it's about 30-35$, and you can get them on Ebaymotors.com, or you can just go to Autozone and special order it. It gets in in about 2-3 days.

The bushing in the first picture is the trailing arm bushing which is what the piece was that posted a link to on ebay. It's just made of urethane instead of rubber.
For your door piece, check ebay, or slhondaparts.com. Actually, I know for a fact I saw some of those at Marietta Auto Salvage...

My advice to you...pull that bushing assembly out. As stated, it's the rubber fill, a metal ring, and that metal bar between it. Get a sledge and punch and knock the fucker out (make sure you're hitting it in the right direction) Make a nice fire in the fire place and toss it in for about 15 minutes or so. The rubber will burn off and you'l lhave a nice clean metal ring and center pin. Both of these will go into the urethane fill. Once you assemble that, hit it back into the trailing arm.

alright so i pushed the metal piece out and im left with a bunch of damn rubber around the inside of that metal ring. any ideas of how to get it out.... some kind of spray that would just eat away at the rubber? i tried cutting it out w/ a razor knife but ill be there for weeks. thats some TOUGH rubber.
