    Default Bye Bye Blindspot

I got tired of the horrible blind spot in the s2k when the top is up. Since the passenger side of cars have convex mirrors you can buy a jdm passenger mirror and use it as your driver's side. I got mine from gotuning.com. I'm sure there are several other places you can get them from.

Very easy to install, just pull out old and snap in new... Here's the results. I tried to take the pictures and the exact same angle but they're a little off.

    JDM

When someone is passing me on the left by the time i can't see them in my mirror their hood is next to my door. So virtually no blind spot. Hooray!

A lot of people have blind spots because they do not have their mirrors positioned correctly. If you can see the back corners of your car in your normal driving position, then your mirrors are aimed too far inward. You should only be able to see the back right corner of your car in your right mirror when you are looking with your head in the middle of the car. You should only be able to see the back left of your car in your left mirror when you are looking with your head almost touching the window. It takes some getting used to, but it really eliminates the blinds spots for free.

True. I think a lot of it also has to do with personal preference. I like to see the back corners of my car for backing up purposes without too much head movement so I keep them turned in a hair.

That will work too. I just wanted a stock looking mirror.
