    Go to the new members section in the forum....and start a new thread introducing people. then just welcome a bunch of the new members in the threads that they have posted until you have 20 posts. This should unlock your limitations as a new member. From here you can get back to the forum list if you click on the link at the top left of this page that says IMPOTATLANTA.COM-Automotive,Lifestyle , Offtopic and so one. After you click that you should see the new members section its the first one on the list. Post there until 20 posts
