• Import Showdown Fall 2013 at Silver Dollar Raceway 10.19.2013

The Fall Import Showdown this past weekend was epic. The weather killed the event halfway through, but everyone had enough fun by the time the runs were suspended. Everyone got plenty of seat time and there were some insane builds battling it out. The EG civic battles were awesome. It was nice seeing multiple local 10 second civics fighting with consistent runs. The GTR launches were awe-inspiring. 3Face's FC RX7 gets a lot of respect.

Whoever took those pictures though he was at a parking lot meet, and totally forgot about taking pictures of the race cars doing what they do best, going down the strip of right at the launching pad with the tires wrinkled, i didnt see one damn picture of the guy who won in the first gen RX-7 with 2JZ in it!

Other than that, the pictures are from about the same cars at any meet, LAME!

Congrats to Bobby Fore and Donnie Scott... They're the first two All-motor Hondas to run 10's in GA!

        Anyone know their setups?

Took a couple of buddies down from ATL and they all had a great time.

The "car show" side of it was a bust but then again the racing is the focus of the event.

Really impressed with most of the turbo Civic hatches. They were very consistent all day.

Wasn't really impressed with the GTR. Don't know too much about the car so maybe they were trying a new setup or the driver was just getting some seat time in.

If anyone has any vids, especially of the 2jz rx-7 post them up.
