Thanks, but it probly wont be making this race. We have had alot of problems with eletrical stuff in the car, and the AEM system. I bought the car as a salvage car and something in the cabin harness is shorting the car out. And then AEm is being a pain in the ass too get the car running. I had too send ecu back too Aem 3 times now, and now my CDI box went bad.

Im just tired of the car, and am strongly thinking about parting out. I just dont care for racing as much anymore.

Thats what happens if you buy someone else's mess. Its a race car, grab a painless harness and just re-wire what you need on the interior. You ever get your tranny and shifter?

I'm running AEM in the Mustang, and in the Supra. No issues with either, and I've not had an issue in any others that I have tuned. Of course, those were all stock harness cars, and all stick shifts. I have one Supra that is an auto that I need to setup the auto tranny on the AEM - which obviously that I have never done before. IF I get the Supra ready, it will be there also, but the Mustang will be there for sure.

theres quite a few cars that will run in the 10s in that class. Considering your car has never been below what , a 12.5? I think you need to get some time in the seat at the track before you start picking people off haha.

But good luck either way, hope the car can stay together this time.

Ill be in the NA class, maybe run some 12s if im lucky

LOL. thats funny. 10s will not cut it. but yes, on youtube i have only ran a 12.2. but i will race an 12 sec car for any amount of money if you know anyone interested.

you know how hard it is to go from a 12.2 to a 9 second pass? I dont care if you have 1000whp, its not as simple as jumping in the car.

YOu can have all the hp in the world, doesnt mean shit if

1) You cant hook up
2) You break
3) You dont shift right
4) The car has mechanical issues

car has been fixed for 2 months. car has been down the track quite a few times. and if you up the bet i will take it....but it is not certain i i will be there. i said that in a post earlier.........

as everyone knows i am thinking of swapping over to a auto tranny. i may start soon, if i do..i want be there

its pretty easy with the dog box too....but auto would be even faster

100$, you should be more confident. its a 10.5 right. thats a tough time to hit
