I have a question guys. My court date for my tint ticket is on March 9th. I have a question so I can then explore my options.

I'm still considering my option for the eye doctor. I read this on another forum:

contact the Dept of Public service. Ask for a application of the "exempth window tint law" fill out the form, go to your eye doctor and tell him Bright light realy hurt your eyes. At the point of pain. Its called "photo phobia" the permit is free and your doctor has to sign it. It can also be used for skin cancer. Take the permit to court and the judge might dismiss or reduce the fine. then you can have dark windows.
the police departments don't want the public to know about this law and permit.

So I'm considering doing that. Also my other option is to get my windows done legal tint. They are currently 2%. My question is, do all of my windows have to be re-tinted, or only the drivers, or just the front drivers and passenger.

Also, anyone know of an eye-doctor that would be willing to write that out for me. I don't have long so I'm trying to get this done ASAP. I'm hoping that if I don't find the eye-doc, I can just strip it off and its a fix-it ticket on my court date because I'm already going to plead Not Guilty and tell them I bought the car from the dealership like that. The dealer already said the courts can give them a call to verify that. =D. So please help guys, thanks!!!

if i were you, just get the tint removed and legal tint put on....if you have to have it dark, then get the permit.
