So Col dorks. What are the desireable parts of town to live in? I have a realtor but I want to know what the locals think. I don't plan on buying in Col right away until I see how I fit in w/ the new job. So I am gonna do a 6 or 12 month lease/rent so I can look at and learn the areas.

I need a 2 car (or 2 car oversized) garage at a minimum.

Of course it depends on your budget but if you will be working off of mutec I would check the greystone properties on blackmon rd. They are nice around 7 or 8 starting out with no speed bumps and gated / nice area etc. Also check out the maple ridge apts on north veterans.

You'd definitely want to live on the Northside of town. I'd be more than happy to give you a tour around town when you get down here if you'd like bro. There is actually a pretty decent house right up the street on from my friend. It has a two car garage, and a "for rent" sign in front of it.
