there is a company out of cali that had done this exact year model truck. They however did the true 4 door. They slammed it and put a 1 ton dully rear end on the truck. and did a crazy one off paint job on it. A very unique dakota I might add. I myself would prefer to do the same thing with out the dually rear end but A nice touch none the less. Just check out the ride here

Yeah If it were the old body style the truck would already be slammed and rolling on 18's or 20's with a full body kit and some serious ponies. The problem that I'm running into is that the only thing that is made for my truck is a rear spindle drop to level the truck out I might get them! but the short list of aftermarket products for my truck are ( Intakes, Exhaust, And 1 Jet chip, And a rear leveling brackets.) Yeah that bed is nice. The one thing I want to do is the sub box that is in that truck. A blow thru. I was looking into the chevy avalanche because It has that cut out factory but.... I dunno. I gotta chop a big hole in the back of my truck and build a box in the truck bed. Not a problem just a hassle thats all. Then I would buy a second 15 and blow my truck apart with bass lol. The one 15 i have now takes up the entire rear section of my interior. but it is very loud!

well problem is this. I am only running 1000 rms into a 2000 rms sub. There is a video of my exact sub on youtube running 8000 watts rms... and loving it. I need to get my amp running!. (blew a mosfet) but I have a DD z1 amp that is running around 5000+ rms at 1 ohm I of course wouldn't run it at 1 ohm I'd run it at 4 because I would get a little under 3K rms to the sub> Theoryetically I would get twice the volume with around 3k rms and at 5k rms I'll get 4 times the power. I should at 1 ohm on that amp see around a 148 to 154 db score!. (( put it like this a boeing 747 takes off at 140dbs just think about that kind of volume sitting against your back! ))

well got the intake today hooked it up then realized that the guy who sent me the intake didn't include the MAS adapter... SO there is a hole in the intake for something so I decided I'd try and just stick it in there. Well I do that and it runs but for some reason I'm throwing a code. My check engine light is on... I am currently resetting everything because I ran the truck with out having the mas plugged in. But the thing looks sick! I emailed the guy and Am awaiting the reply but... who knows...

well after resetting my ecu etc. The check engine light is off. so that fixed that problem but I'm not too fond of the i stuck the MAS in a grommet covered hole lol.

this is a basic (paint edit) to what I want to do to my truck. this is factory rims etc and my bumper currently isn't the full painted its chrome with black. but this is basicly it

i did this with paint. the grill wasn't originally chrome also a paint edit. lol but yeah this was a neat little trick lol lowered paint idea and chrome grill also my truck had chrome vent shades so added those too. sorta...

well Having the tranny replaced and having a few things done up a little different over factory. changing up the gearing up a little. having the high output gearing put in the factory tranny setup. also got the intake put on the other week. already have the exhaust. for now i'm stranded lol.

ok looking for a name still. I'm having a hard time coming up with names. Its an automotive enthusiast club. If you like vehicles and anything to do with them thats this club. however A name that is respectable and that fits this "ideal" is almost impossible.
