I got a good deal on it so I didn't lose any money.
Why. A mazdspeed miata with all that would be ballin. Also with a mazdaspeed miata I would expect you to make money on that trade not come out even.

Yeah, it was a fun car. Whoever bought it also got the rollbar, Cusco spinknob, and suspension. Eh, whatever...

The sad thing is, I bought that car brand new for $19,200 and in two years put it thru 8 drift events, countless road rampages, and clocked 48,000 miles on it, and still managed to sell it for what I paid for it. I actually feel bad for whoever bought the car. It's about ready to explode.

    As for the reason why...

At that time, I also had my 280Z w/ RB20DET for a drifter. Seeing as how my MSM was serving as both a daily and a drifter, I no longer needed it to be a drifter and it wasn't exactly a sensible daily. I wanted something that was more practical and got better gas mileage. The Yaris fit the bill.

I would have gotten a Honda Fit, but I didn't want a station wagon.
