    Default accident on the highway

    i was driving down to georgia southern to visit my gf, had to stop by atlanta to go to tiffany's to buy her present.. anyway, on my way to southern, put my cruise at 90 and then the car infront launches this at me..

    that sucks. i know how you feel. i did that like 2 months ago. cracked my bumper and the front molding. suuuckkss.

    least it only hit the bumper and didnt grab the hood too.

    Haha it looks like a big fat cat! It does suck though man, just call your insurance and ask them what you should do since it was someone else's fault and it caused a damage.

    just the bumper..

    what happened is a truck poped a tire and left it on the road, pulled over like a mile ahead, and the car in front made it fly into my car, didnt have time to miss it.. but the truck's insurance is gonna pay for it i think.

    oh i know! i was about to install my JDM fog ligts too.. good thing i was procrastinating..

    btw i got a police report and the cop said that the trucker's insurance will take care of it.. so im thinking im fine..

    yeah it could of been worse. i got real scared though cause the first car i saw was the BMW, and that would be really sad if something happened to that.

    When you call the insurance company. MAKE SURE YOU EMPHASIZE THAT THE OBJECT WAS MOVING WHEN YOU HIT IT. If it was stationary, no matter what their regulations and such will deem that you could have avoided it. No matter how unavoidable it was.
