ummmm no.... not ALL S281 are supercharged.... SC281.... there is a difference.

For 2001, the optional Saleen "Roots" Supercharger boosts power to 365 hp, a 15 horsepower increase over last year's model. The S281 is certified to meet model year 2001 low emission vehicle standards (LEV)

right......you ever see a gt run low 14's? thats all that car is, a gt w/ a body kit and rims, there isnt a thing done under the hood to that car from saleen, its just a gt mustang w/ some pretty stuff....on top of the fact its a pig heavy vert and you got yourself a sure enough 15 second car...gt's dont run low 14's stock, not now, not ever (the sn95's/new edges anyway), and some plastic and heavy wheels ain't gonna get it there either
your best bet for that car to be any kind of fast would be to do a hellion kit, or hp kit on it and blow some doors off, past that i wouldnt be scared to race that thing in my trailblazer

jitb, the only thing i can tell you is youre misinformed just by reading what one website has to say......read up on several other sites theyll show a good .5-1.0 second variation on cars....put up or shut up though, yall prove me wrong....havent seen a stock vert saleen run decent times yet, i dont expect this one to be any different
still a nice car, and something id buy if i had money to blow....for now ill stick to sn95 cobras, cheaper, faster, better looking

hell yea, f250 turbo diesel is what im workin to own one day also.. those tihngs are expensive tho..
well I work for a Truck parts company so If I can find me an f-250 FX4 for fairly decent and in the right color and all that I can buy myself the King Ranch Interior at cost and maybe even below. I've always loved the King Ranch leather because I have never known it to crack or rip...it gets old, soft, and can get scratched up but will never crack or rip.
