yes it came with all the mods already on it. i would never spend that kind of money on just bolt ons. that exhaust is like 600+ and I work at a muffler shop, I could make an exact replica of it for like 40 bucks plus a muffler. as far as it being slow, I didn't buy it to be all that fast I just wanted it for comfort and reliability and to build credit. Fast will come later. WARRANTY FTMFW!

edit: I was thinking about repainting the wheels bronze, since they have chips in the paint.
