    They said it drove just like it was misfiring but here ya go.....what happens when you drive an old 5 series too hard...

    if you are reffering to on top of the piston then that's not oil that is the shiny metal where it looked like someone with a chisel and hammer had beat the hell out of the head of the piston....if you are reffering to the motor in general...well it's a late 80's early 90's sedan...all cars that old have got their fair shair of oil and road grime on the motor

    dats a big ol hole. I'm surprised the whole thing didn't break apart with that much material gone, those things must have some stout skirts.
