    It's a specific tuning style in japan, I can't remember the name, but they do it on purpose, lol.

    looks like lil bow wow's van in FF3 lol.. alot of those cars look like they are from Great Britain.. they have wierd tuning styles like that for some odd reason lol

    I remember my good friend had a stock USDM cressida exactly like that. I thought it was ugly and funny, but it actually was pretty fast and handled extremely good for what kind of cookie cutter tires it had on it.

    One time in particular, I can remember him throwing it around a left turn intersection at 45mph in a 4-wheel drift! LOL

    That would make one sick drift car!
