    I believe a motor built for nitrous is all right and still respectable. I don't understand people who hate nitrous, but love turbos and such. They both accomplish the same thing. Just one comes in a bottle and you have control.

    Don't argue that they aren't the same in this thread either. They are both forced induction and have the same purpose, to create a more dense air/fuel mixture. N2O, when heated splits into oxygen and nitrogen(which is a replacement in ways for oxygen, makes up 75 percent of earths atmosphere). A turbo just simply forces all this in(yes if forces in nitrogen, because like said, it is 75 percent of what makes up air). Just one comes in a bottle and the other takes it from the atmoshere. Take it as you will, but they are the same, just one is always on. This is from science, not what you heard at the tuner shop.

    Nitrous is FI, just like a turbo.

    pros and cons to both.

    turbo is always there, always spools and make more power. cost more
    Nitrous is always there, as long as the bottle is full. power only comes on when you flip the switch, its not a gradual increase like a turbo.
