    Default My Z

I haven't posted on the site in a while but i've been busy. If you guys don't remember i was living in Korea and just moved to FL in late Oct. I finally sold my rice box and now i'm rockin a Z! I just threw on a K&N cai, Borla exhaust, and now some 19" rims. The pics aren't the best cause 1. my camera sucks & 2. it ran out of batteries before I could take more/better pics.

Lookin' good, a drop would accentuate those wheels greatly.

Looks good!! Congrats man, I will tell you now if you want furniture for your apartment do that because once you drop it then you have to start dealing with the alignment which will probably require aftermarket camber rods and all of that unless you like running through rear tires quick.

I'm assuming those are 275's on the rear? How ya liking the power so far?

power of the car is awesome. but then again i'm use to 4 cylds. I'm running 275 in the back and 245 in the front. 19x8.5 in the front and 19x9.5 in the rear. I love the car! But i don't think i'm going to be dropping it for a while for the simple reasons that Tony listed. My apartment is pretty bare right now. Its cool to have a nice car but kinda dumb to have a bad ass car and a shitty apt. Just takes time.

some tein S-tech springs would do the job for now, i've got plenty of friends with them, with no tire issues at all, im the only one on stock suspension.. and the only one with tire problems.. haha.. kinda weird how that works out

Very true, I forgot the S-techs dont make much of a drastic change.. I had the eibach springs in mind in my post.

may i add, the wheel gap isnt a big deal, its because of the uneven ground he is in, the driver's side rear wheel is hanging down a little too low, in person.. you would think he dropped it already im willing to bet

our z's are diff, my stockers are already 18's.. 19's wont make a difference in the Z as far as TCS or VDC goes if you do it right, going too big 20 or +.. ( or in the Z's most common case too wide) will probably result in a VDC OR TCS malfunction but nothing dangerous. 19's all the way as far as looks go. btw.. how in the hell did your tailights get that mad inner condensation?.. im sure it was your car at varsity

yeah, the stock hieght isn't to bad. the front has no fender gap at all. Its the back that i hate. Has about a 2" gap from the tires. I want to get the TEIN complete coil over kit. I think it retails $1,300. But thats also a new living room set. I don't think i'm going to do to mch to this car but i say that about all my cars. I wish i could get some better pics cause these show no justice!

looks good. i like the black on black look.

tanabe gf210 springs will give it a good drop.

with my stock 18s the car looked slammed.

i think a 2" drop in the back just to take care of fender gap and TWINS (TT) will make the car complete. I need a smooth ride but with good style.

Heres a pic of mine before I got eibach springs, the pictures always make it look worse.. in person the gap doesn't look that bad at all.

Just buy the furniture and put it in the trunk and back seat. That should accomplish both tasks.

i was so tempted to get the same rims Tony has in that Pic but in gold. I'm glad with my decision. I think white and gold rims will look good. I'm probably going to runt o the store today for some batteries just so i can get some better pics. But once my appt. is fully furnished then i'll back back to the Z. Thanks for the compliments though.

You definitely made the right choice in not getting the racing harts, they're nice but because the design of the wheel its extremely hard to keep them clean.
