True, you can only see what's being shown to you. Working on dedicate media for the meet so every aspect is covered.
What's missing from the pictures is ISO group, Subaru's that showed up in force, some nice challengers/chargers (not your dub edition ones), few old school cars, and nicely done imports.

No, sir, Sonny (or is it Sunny, I apologize). My meaning for "placement on the shelf" is where placement refers to location/time of meet. Its placement on the shelf is Thursday nights. It's a very impractical day. This is why I read every one of these pic threads (from this meet) that the same people show up each time. You're limiting your market to a certain area so you're only getting repeat customers.

Well, it's been set in point and on this day for 6 years, can't & won't change now. It grew because of the days it is on, and able to bring those same & new people in every week. Hence all those people look forward to it every Thursday evening & making it what we have come to known as Thursday night Gwinnett Meet. We get a good bit of new folks show up. Those new folks come back every Thursday with couple more friends, and the cycle continues. Repeat customer are the best customers, spread the word, and bring more along. Only people who realize or recognize new people are the ones who come every week. There's more to it than what meets the eye.
It wouldn't become GA's biggest Import Meet if Thursday was so bad so I do agree with your placement. Time & is what makes it or breaks it.

I'm not trying to get you to change it. I'm just saying why I won't go. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
As far as "biggest import meet" goes, I don't see that as something to brag about, lolol. I'm sure if there was a meet on a more conducive day, it would be a meet worth bragging about like that.
If it were on a Friday or Saturday I would come down. Same goes for the varsity meets. But after years of doing it why change. But if someone would start up a Friday or Saturday one I would come down.

Not bragging, it's just someone always finds one way or another to bash on the meet. Either same cars over & over, not a good day, location, car quality, etc, but won't put effort in to come. I was simply stating, it has grown to be the size it is being on Thursday night.
I guess we got our point across so lets just enjoy the pix and lay this to rest here.
Looks like a consistently decent turnout, if work doesn't get in the way I will come by this week.
