Well, try whenever you see a cop in a parking lot giving someone a ticket. Casually park in front of it, and attempt to discreetly take a picture.

and my challenge is simple, a picture of your car and a the sun setting/rising in the picture, do it early in the morning or in the afternoon, easy.
