Id say prob not unless they are upgrade from oem. Otherwise you could claim your last oil change, wipers and so on.

sure, just proves you take good care of they car. I wouldnt be looking to get money back for it, it just shows "hey i care for the car more than some other kids with their shitbag 20 year old hondas"

This car is meticulously maintained, i expect another car of equal value which isnt your average KBB car he will quote you.

you shouldnt CLAIM it to try an get reimbursed for it, you are using it to build a case that your car isnt AVERAGE, you take care of it.

a 90-93 well taken care of INtegra is much harder to value than a 08-10 car.
