I like how you took the best of the sky reflections. For example, the hood in the first shot reflected the sky a lot, but not in the second (windshield as well). And the rear window in the first looked a lot better without all the reflection in it (as the second had) so you combined the best of both worlds.
I like it.
That's the kind of stuff I would never notice until it is right in front of my face as you've put it here. I guess that's why I don't take pictures.
This seems like to much work for me. I personally like the second shot with more reflections off the car. To get the look of your third picture I would just do a light burn on the scenery in ps.
I did burn the background. This took about 10 mins.
