How's this for suck!
I bought these fender emblems NOS about 3 years ago and had been holding on to them for all this time until I could get my car painted (check) and my hatch fender emblems. Well I finally have my hatch emblems on the way (NOS as well) and I had stuck the fender emblems on to check them out. Drove down the street to check on some parts and
DAMN!!
Lost one of the emblems. Got no more than 5 miles down the road and one fell off. Drove back and forth without spotting it so this morning I got out there while traffic was real light and walked the trip. Found it. Both of the mounting pins had broken off the back and the chrome is now all scuffed up. I haven't seen a NOS set sense I got these. I did just locate and buy one ($6) off Ebay that is in relatively good condition that I should be able to refinish, but
DAMN!!
