    I'd much rather see it on Volk, Work, HRE, ect...

    VIP wheels should stay on bigbody sedans.

    Sweet. VIP wheels look great on 350z's you just have to be low enough to pull them off. Seats to fit with it too well though.

    Car looks good and props to who put their money and effort, but the outside its a little vip-ish which clashes with the interior which is more of a "racing" like setup.

    Explain to me why this car has RACING SEATS and HARNESS, but no cage/roll bar, and is slammed as fuck with VIP wheels, and tires way too small for the rims.

    Is he preparing for a guaranteed crash?

    Static means it doesn't have air bag suspension. If it's static, it sits that low all the time. With bags, you can lower it like that for pics/parking/etc. then raise it to drive. There's a bit of a "divide" between static and bags. Static guys that are this low claim to have more balls then bagged cars, from what I've seen.
