Default New car added to the stable

As most of you know, I sold my 4Runner this week and need another daily driver/project car. Something I can work on and drive at the same time. So, it was natural to use some of the money that I got from the sale of the 4Runner and put that towards a good daily that is practical, easy to use, and easily attainable for a good price. Of course, I had to find something a little more unique, rare, and unexpected. The result, a 1967 (yes you read that right 1-9-6-7) Ford F100 Ranger. Yes, this was inspired by my close friends who mentioned that I should get a Mr. M truck. Mr. Miyagi that is haha.

A little background on the truck. It is a 2 owner 1 family owned truck. Just passed 200,000 miles on the odometer. Has a 352 Big Block in it. Came with AC and Heat as well. Everything works in the truck just needs a little TLC. It is an old truck but it is a good truck.

Amanda, Colin, Anne, and my dad came along for the trip since the truck was out in Ellijay, GA. We hit up a cool park on the way back, Carter Lake. Nice detour. The scenery was awesome and the weather was awesome minus the cold. Thanks again guys for helping me pick up this bad boy.

There will be more pictures posted as I build the truck. Going for a more resto-mod type build on the truck. Something more practical, kinda showy, but mostly reliable

Most everyone knows my project car

    On the International AllStars site

This is the truck that I picked up in Ellijay, GA

The plans as of now are to build something like this but keep the oem colors

Any suggestions, comments, or concerns just post it up. I am very new to the domestic game. Especially the domestic truck game. Definitely want to do things right the first time.

^ Yup already said I was gonna keep it the OEM colors. As for dropping it I'd either go with helper bags in the rear or a raked look. I personally like the front to be a bit lower.

Im thinking slammed on some 20-22" wire wheels tuckin.. I would satin black it if I went that route. Some say it looks gangter.. I say if the setup is right and the drop is spot on.. It would look classy as hell.
