From a financial stand point, yes... otherwise, I'm good. I'm enjoying RWD right now. I have a few goals for this car, much like I did with the Sentra, so no getting rid of it yet, lol.

Aside from the minor hood lift in the rear, it looks damn nice.

Haven't had any problems. Mine is a good, solid car.

While it is pretty cool on paper and not stupid looking, I find high HP FWD cars pretty pointless.

wouldnt say honda's finest, since everything is pretty much aftermarket. i would find the stock mirrors, lose the tilt, and lower it a little more. after that its pure sex!

looks too stockish to be making 600hp. i would expect AN fittings, catch cans, and steel braided line across the bay. or at least a giant WG. but anything is possible i guess. very nice car though.

Yea so this thing is good for what....80-120 highway pulls? Not a bad looking car but I'd rather have ITB's and an awesome suspension since its not going to hook anyways.

Clone my ass. It is a real R homie.

And 600 HP is just a number. I am sure it is still very usable and functional. Probably has boost my gear and all the little doodads.

Yeah, like 300-350 in all gears except first unless it hops on a dyno or gets in a burnout contest.

It is possible to set a car up to use that power. It won't hook on the street, but the track is a different story.

I am also assuming 600whp is on race gas and upped boost. I would assume he keeps it around 300-500 daily.

I know that you can make it hook with huge slicks and suspension mods, but then you wouldn't be able to drive on the streets with that setup. Either he has a track car that hooks or a street car that spins. Since he has a full interior and a pretty car, I assumed the latter. As I looked through the thread on HT, I saw he was out at a track event, so I am happy that he isn't just using the car for bragging rights.

It is a fucking valve cover!

The car, we are talking about the car!

Why don't you ask him for his original valve cover so you can put it on your c1, then you'll be able to tell everybody you have a REAL type R civic(lol buddy c'mon) to go along with that badge on your trunk...

The only thing I understood from this post(and maybe I didn't even understand this correctly) is that you think the type r did not come with A/C and Power steering.

The Type R came just as loaded as the GSR with the exception of a sunroof for weight saving purposes. A/C and powersteering included.

Never understood how or why people equate the looks of a car to sex. Must not have ever had sex or something. Later, QD.

PW=Power windows? If so, you're a fool. EVERY single production 1994-2001 integra came with power windows....

Except it's a real Type R, so it's not a clone... regardless of the valve cover. If he had a D15b in there, it would still be a REAL Type R.

not saying it isnt a real type r, but all you'd have to do is delete the sunroof, get the 5 lug, everything else is optional...fairly cheap to do.

yeah ALL you have to do is magically erase the big hole in the roof, spend 1500-2000 on a full 5 lug conversion, magically erase the side moldings, completely swap out the suspension, yeah its cheap.

there are a lot of jello people in here. OMG im mad that i cant afford this so i'm going to find anything i possibly can to insult about this car. *jerking off*

What are you talking about? That's a USDM Type R VC....

USDM - big DOHC small VTEC, top of vc, Honda Motor Co on bottom
JDM - big VTEC small DOHC, top of vc, Honda H on bottom
B16 - big DOHC small VTEC on top, Honda H on bottom
