This is true. It will be cheaper. Still not cheap though. Especially when your talking more expensive cars. The people I am trying to get my point across to are the ones who think you can build a car right for a few grand. It's not gonna happen. You know that. Hmm, didnt realize that I had said anything about my car building skills, I can assure you however that with the exception of the work I have done to my car while Im here, all other work will be performed by myself just like all work has been on all other cars that I have owned. The fact that STi owners look bad because of people like me is news to me, I didnt realize STi owners looked bad nor did I realize that the car I drove put me or anybody else in some sort of social class. I may be a little arrogant and cocky but I can assure you that it has nothing to do with the car that I drive. Due to the fact that I know and build my cars on my own kind of makes your statement that i have taken the liberty to put in bold print kinda stupid dont you think? The way you speak of you, others might think that we are best friends or something when really we have never even met, nor do I even know your name. No stupid stretch to make them fit, no stupid camber or slammed to make them fit without rubbing....most other car do need this to have proper fitment. There are plenty of STI's/WRX's running around 18x10 and 18x10.5 with 255-285/40-35/18 and some with even 295-315's on them all around.

PS. Bugeye FTW or I love me a 07 hawk eye. How is 04 STI better than 05+? 04's has weaker Hubs, skinnier wheels/tire, rear is narrower, narrow wheel selection with 5x100 pattern, and other cosmetic diffrences compared to 05+ and 07 got better gear ratios.

Nice, but back view :no:. What size tires are those? 235/245 on a 12" wide tire. They should be nothing lower than 315's.

Not my car, I was proving a point here. On my NSX it's 18x10 with 285's.

Tire is also one of the main components of fitment. I think hella skinny tire on hell wide wheel is hell easy shot at proper fitment (nothing against guys here). I rather see your fitment than that on the yellow NSX.

I agree on this. I hate seeing all these little civics with stretched tires looking like low riders trying to be Mexicans. Here's a pic of mine mounted with Hoosiers for track use. Don't mind the green rims - hence only for track use. Bottom pictures are Blitz rims mounted with KDW's.
