first thing i want to say is thank you so much ia! lol id never think id ever type that lol ive gotten lots of pm's with ppl willing to give me stuff to help out and or there time i really appreciate this you have no idea what this is going to do to my mom i plan to make a youtube video on xmas when i give her the car to show everyone the reaction with that said down to business




small update no pics yet tho this weekend was too rainy i managed to get a lil more work done in the engine bay as far as checking for broken hoses making sure the fans cut on etc. today after work i should have some more shots for you guys im meeting up with ej1soslo and busdriver j again to try and get some work done on the car i drove it around 285 last night and the car did great! this is what im happy of the most im dumping alot of cash into this thing in a short amount of time and going back to oem is more expensive then modding this damn thing!

Purp- i know you know these cars inside and out you know im calling soon lol

as far as what i need if anyone has anything i need
1.a good carpet and trunk carpet
2. oem or ebay amber corner lights
3. a set of ex doors as you can see mine are need of help and i dont have time to work it out.
4. i need new side panels inside the car and the A frame shape near the rear corner windows one is there the other is missing
5. some help from ppl that know this car lol pm me for my number if you have any spare time

the extra battery thats in the trunk as well as the cables used to hook it up this would be great for you guys that want to run a battery in the trunk

2. would be the ricer headlights and tailights the tails area lil hazy and they leak but if this car is like my integra then all you need is new gaskets and you should be set.

3. b&n short shifter i was told by the seller thats what this car has the throw is super short but def too racey for my mom who just wants to go to work and back

4. full catback as seen in the pics on page 1 i have a oem replacement well most of it i will trade this for a full oem replacement minus axleback which i have already(i should have this off by tues or wed if weather permits) it looks rice but sounds really good id say its close to a greddy sp or a apxi N1 by sound its a full catback tho larger piping all the way through.

5. the car came with 4 door panels all for a coupe i have no idea why but they are all grey and i want to keep the car black if i can so these are free to anyone

Hey J remem to not get sidetracked on lesser evils. WRITE DOWN the "most wanted" list and get the high interest items done or you will be spinning your wheels on little things and the car won't feel or look like you've gotten much done. Also --- if you accept that you can always ADD TO IT later you can do additions in her garage over the next month or two. Grab a buddy and that nice * cough * Craftsman box and do things at her house w/ her running sandwiches and juice out to you to make it a "family" event. Just tell her that you plan on doing more upgrades - she will like that and that makes it an ongoing project.

If this was my project:

1) PAINT!!!! doors / molding / lighting (and anything that will be needed before paint). I say this bc this will take the longest and eat the most of your time (car being at the paint shop prevents u from making any other smaller changes. This also affords you time to get odds and ends pieces shipped/delivered/picked up.

2) Then work on the reliability. Oil change. Plugs, wires. Coolant flush and tranny flush. (looking at the car tells me that you can't trust what they have in the engine, tranny, and radiator right now). Compression check. Then head up to get the bay steam cleaned (if u need a place that does it then let me know).

3) The rest is gravy and can be done over time. And since she lives in Fayette, security (you know the rules - this will be much diff than driving her VW around). And the sentimental value of this one means you want it to be in your family until YOU decide otherwise... not some fuckhead who doesn't understand the value of hard work. I got nothing but free time til 04 Jan so hit me up if you need an assist.

ej1soslo just dropped off some parts for the ac system im still missing a few lines and such i think i will post pics of these tomorrow as its way too dark out tonite to snap some pics of it.

so my NEED list is as follows now

oem corner lights and a coolant overflow bottle i saw one in a thread somewhere so i should have that covered before the end of the week

the plan was to get the car off to paint next week but im unsure if it would be done and ready for pickup b4 xmas

picking up some ls mesh for it this thursday thanks again ia members!!

if all goes as planned this sunday in columbus i may have this thing ready to drop off at sprayglo in duluth for a new coat of black

picked up some oem headlights 2 full wipers the one i had just wasnt cutting it!
also picked up all the fuses in the fuse box in the engine bay didnt have time to install any of it as it was dark after i got finished all my running around after work and i still had to meet up with ej1soslo so still need some OEM corner lights i know somebody has some pm me please i need these ricer ones gone asap


met up with ej1soslo and got my ac stuff for the car can anyone tell me if anything is missing to put ac back in this car besides the belt

Save yourself a ton of time and make sure to replace all the o-rings on those lines. Did you get the bolts for the compressor too?

ok here is the update got up at 4 am and waited on sir christopher to come pick me up this morning.



this guy is the shit!!! he worked until 12 last night didnt get to bed until 2am and still showed up at my door almost a hour away at 5am to ride with me 4 hours to help me out. A true fucking friend for sure considering we only met in person twice and ive known him a month or a month and a half tops.....

well we hit the road blazing as he has to be at work at 5pm today btw he just dropped me off like 20 mins ago so basically he is working on literally no sleep.

it was dark the whole way there untiil about 40 mins away so there are no pics of the way up.

made it up to hilton head SC to pick up this lil gem for my sister for xmas maybe you have seen it on here by PURE JDM...



car runs like a champ no smoke at all heat and ac work perfect we stopped at this bp to fill up and check air oil etc before the 4 hour trip back home








hit the road cooking but had to stop for gas again and look what we see here in the deep south....

im off to columbus ga to meet up with some more members from ia and get the civic's int. swapped as well as new doors trunk lid,steering wheel you name it im replacing it hopefully i can get this heater core replaced while im down there as well
