    Yea, I noticed the second picture seemed like it was painted/polished or something but I wasn't sure since it was a rear shot. I say no lip to the wheels, the first picture looks best.

    That "lip" is too thin and subtle to look nice in any color other than the color the wheel is painted IMO.

    i like it with the lip because it gives contrast between the tire and the black wheel but not some much ass to fuk it up.....looks good with the lip IMHO
