my first car!

story:
was my dad and then past down to my oldest bro and then he riced it out to the max!! full body kit w/ a SKYLINE CONVERSION!!! some 17in rims intake on stock springs! then he passed it down to me and i tried to make it look jdm! but i was 17 w/ a low paying ass job so this was how it look before i flip it

wish i could find some pic of it when it still had the skyline conversion on it! u guys would laugh so hard if u guys saw it!

LOL gonna get so flamed for this but oh well. My first car, a 96 civic DX hatch, auto with power steering, (rare lol) had all the parts money could buy back in 98, before Fast and Furious screwed up the Import scene, lol 2 1/2 Neuspeed drop, AEM intake, DC header, Tanabe racing medallion exhaust, FEELS wide body kit, with the dumb looking wing, lol. Back in 98 i thought this car was so tight, lol. But it got me into modding cars so eh, lol Back in the day when Club RCC was rolling around, lol and those American Racing Twisted tuners were so awesome, lol

FYI car was Bone stock red and booty when it was purchased, lol

The good old FEELS kit HAHAHA good times, I remember the blue EK on Import Tuner years ago with that kit. I think Francine Dee was on the cover. Those wheels were the shit back then too.

dont have time to look for the pics in my old Photobucket account. but i started with a bone stock 1998 ford escort sedan.

dyno'd 317whp, 340tq at 18psi on the small turbo..........crashed it a few weeks after i made a big turbo upgrade and was estimating about 400bhp. the car weighed about 2300-2400lbs. and it was a beast. i wrapped it around a pole early last year.

i have pics of it in the following video leading up to me deciding to build the Mazda. the pics of the mazda in this vid were while it was an all motor beast.

Towed it back home. Accesed. The damage. Frame was bent, as well as most of the front end.

Desided not to rebuild or put in another shell. Cut the motor our. Parted out what I could, wrote it off as a loss, got a beater and started building my 6 which is now TT amongst a bucnh of other stuff done to it

I miss the escort tho. It was such an animal.

Haven't tracked it yet, and haven't dynod yet

But I have gotten into a few excursions on the highway.

Beat an srt8 challenger by a length or two

Ran with a cayman s and was even till 120mph where I let off(still stuck with the factory limiter)

Killed a couple boosted and all motor hondas and raced a cbr 600 to 120 and he got me by 3 bike lentghs coming from 40mph

No clue really on numbers but she's quick weighing in at 3500lbs without my 250lbs ass, lol. I need to stop lifting weights so much, lol
