If done right a stock block setup can be quite reliable. I had stock block and beat the hell out of it with no issues. Built motor is a good insurance policy, really just depends on power goals. I don't recommend the APS kit now since they have changed their turbos from Garrett to a knockoff Chinese brand which does not perform well over 400whp. The GTM or Greddy kits are the best out right now. I had the Greddy 18g kit on my Z, but am going with the GTM Stage 3 or 4 kit in winter on my G37.Originally Posted by andrewkd16
