I don't know why people think that it looks good/cool painting their engine bay an awful color like that. Let alone mismatching color from the whole car. Don't get me wrong now, The tuck look good but that mismatching color looks like someone took 10 pills of laxative and let it go in your bay.

you do not have to like it, its not your car....but you should be able to respect the work.

I felt the exact same way. But I do have a question. Why ALL that work yet still retain the stock intake? I'm sure you have a reason/method but I'm just curious.

I want to do a wire-tuck in my GSX and repaint the engine bay as well, but damn colorblindess kinda shoots that to shit.

I don't know his reason. But I personally like the way the stock intake looks. And when I was running that same stock intake on my LS, I never felt a difference in the aftermarket to that one.

Makes sense. I just assumed you would have an intake with the other mods. I drive 550 miles a week so I completely understand. That's why I have a DD besides my DSM.

We sprayed both green and blue and made our decision on the better looking one. We used high temp from the zone... and some primer from there as well
