    Wet the bay.
    Spray PP.
    Let it sit for a full minute.
    Spray PP again.
    Scrub.
    Pressure wash.

    Trust me, I've done every variation of that and it's come clean, but not like yours. lol My bay had a battery explode before so some spots just can't be cleaned since the grease was there when it happened.
