    I'll admit it is ugly, and cheaply made, and very unreliable.

    But yes, in the 90's, before the Civic Si, the Integra Type R, the BMW Mini, or any other decent fwd car existed in the U.S., the Neon R/T (which isn't the car in the OP) was very dominent in the SCCA.

    But in todays money, there are better options for the price.
