I just re-read through the thread and it says everyone is going to start doing this and make it rice. I just wanted to clear up things by saying I did my sunroof panel months and months ago when I saw Mr. Clean's tail panel and headrest pieces, not trying to copy this look on the Honda fenders when I did my rotor sunroof. I don't really follow trends, I do what I like and don't do what I don't like, trend or not. Clean's work was however, quite inspiring.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle

well the lambo inspired me so it's a trickle effect. someone will probably draw something on their roof after seeing your car. there's no way to stop it and i certainly don't hold the copyright to drawing on cars lol. i honestly don't think a WHOLE lot of people will do this. i mean it pretty much destroys whatever panel you draw on. so unless you can easily replace it or have the money to get a bunch of stuff repainted then it will remain a fairly uncommon occurrence i think.

Yeah, my friends all like the roof, and when they tell people "he's got a rotor sharpied on the roof" everyone always thinks it's going to look like shit, and the like it quite a bit, but oddly no one ever gives me comments on it. Its hard to be original these days so just look at what you like and roll with it. And X2 for ruining the panel, I did it because my sunroof is a quick release unit, and I have 2 of them. I thought I'd on;y rock my rotor panel at meets bu tI have yet to remove it since I did it. I redo it about once a month and I really need to clear it but I don't know if I want to go cluttered design like you guys, or keep it the way it is.

I'm thinking to repaint my other sunroof bright white, and putting an ad on Craigslist for an artist to work on my sunroof. Like, someone who has made art their life type of deal. I'd love to see what they could do if I told them to go crazy and have fun.

as you said... just do what you want. i mean if it turns out like ass... just use some kind of stripper and start over lol. and yours does have a definitely different feel than mine. it has rhyme and reason and nice lines. i mean if you want to keep it at that then i hope you're good at drawing lol. i'm not... so therefore i doodle.
