The car is built by Fisker Coachbuild of Newport Beach, California. Henrik Fisker used to be the Aston Martin design chief. This is the Tramonto later they will have another design named Latigo. First year production will be 150 units @ 250,000 and will combine an existing car platform/engine and Fisker's coachbuilt body and interior.
Base engines 5.4L/610hp supercharged sohc V-8 and 6.0L/710hp twin turbo sohc V12. I'm guessing the engines are Mercedes since Kleeman is the manufacturer of the s'chargers that MB uses on the AMG engines and the 5.4 610 and 6.0 710 sound about like the MB AMG engines. As far as the chassis/car platform the article I have doesn't tell what it is from.

With those engine combos that should be one bad ass car. The info that I posted was straight out of the Motor Trend New Car Buyers guide. They shouldn't have too much trouble hitting the 150 unit benchmark I wouldn't think. Not with an interior that gorgeous and the numbers those engines are putting out.
