    just want some opinions on the car..I have been on here for a bit, but I rarely post. anyways, be easy on me and enjoy..

    paint, body work, and anything else done on this car, was done by me...

    this is when i first got it

    I like the way it looks. I don't like the way you used blue wheels and red accent stripping. One or the other would have been nicer. But overall, nice job. Later, QD.

    Totally agree with QD. I think those wheels in a dark gray/gunmetal with polished lip would be killer. It would go with the tinted lights well. Interior is primo

    thanks guys..the wheels will be painted soon, i bought them like that...

    QD, i know you know this already, but for others, that red stripe on the grill is a GTI thing..so I had to put it on there....

    Nice I have an 89' 16v in Alpine white with black/red Recaros. Yours looks great and makes me want to keep mine but it's F/S

    nice to see another mk2 on here.....Id look into changing the wheel color, running a smaller tire or settling for a new set of rollers, and lowering it but overall its pretty sweet and has mega potential.....

    umm nice vw, but im not really digging the placement of the tag... doesnt look right to me.... but other than that and what everyone else is saying the car looks great man. good work.

    ive got tiger blood in me, why? because i am the carbon copy of charlie sheen only fatter. thats bi-winning right there.

    Looks good other than the wheel color. Whats that pushbutton switch between your voltmeter and a/f gauge for? Shaved hatch looks awesome. If you did the hatch why didn't you shave the sidemarker lights on the front fenders too?

    that pushbutton is to start the car...ignition switch went out before i got the car and that was there..so, i just kept it...i will be putting in new ignition switch this weekend...

    and i soooo regret not shaving them things..but, i may do it in the near future...also integrating a tag box in the back bumper....


    the wheels are for sale if anyone is interested..pm me..
