    Default Befores and afters

    MORE PICS ON PAGE 2

How many people have bought wrecked cars or ones that needed work? Post them up. Heres mine got it for $600, it had DC headers, AEM V2, and full exhaust '95 LS/SE 5 spd. Spent about $1800 on fixing it and cleaning up the engine bay.

    Before:

    After:

Go ahead and at the window sticker (it was in at the time). I don't have any under hood pics but it was clean. Also the seats were torn up, to explain the cheap seat covers.

When you only have front seats there no room for a car seat. Biggest mistake I have made was selling that thing.

BTW you should have taken some underhood pics of it while we were doing nothing at work back in the day.

and heres what it looked like before, and even then it had already been through some work. Both axles were gone, both front bearings, that fender was all dented up, so was the door, there was an ugly pinstripe, uglier front grill, and the paint was faded

I'll try and dig them up, thanks guys. Geoff can vouch for the car and I was in the process of redoing the interior when I had to sell it. Really wanting another one or a civic shell. I have a LS block just sitting here calling my name.

Doubt you would have, I had just got out of jail and only working here and there. I did what I could do with what I had.

And BTW last time I checked you weren't me so

Got this one in a trade for my old car..an automatic Sunfire..

    Started with this:

Heres how it looks today...(STILL unfinished, but getting there!)
*its slightly different in person though now, i installed mudflaps, turn signal housings, a real trunk latch, and a "No Fat Chicks" decal in the last day or two and havent gotten pics of it yet..Also i apologize for JDM angles lol. The only thing its missing is a new roofskin and paintjob.

I read your thread about rebuilding the motor when you had it. Didn't you put blue interior in it?

nope. it had an all black interior when i got rid of it. i wont have anything but a black interior in a teg lol. you did a very good job at repairing the car. when i bought it, the catalytic converter had become so stopped up it had COOKED the valve stem seals so it was burning oil like it was out of style so it got a rebuild. i couldn't even drive the car home it was so bad.

Yeah, when I sold the car I told the guy the valve seals were leaking and gave him another LS head with it that was good. I didn't know the cat was stopped up though.
