LOL it hooks up to your obd2 port, so that measures wheel, or for that matter crank horse power. enlighten me on how that works, since there is no sensor of any sort in a obd2 wiring harness that could relay that kind of information back to that unit. the only sensor that does any monitoring would be the speed sensor in the transmission which sends the signal to the ecu to calculate MPH, and mileage, vtec engagement ect.
Second a APEX'i Neo is a piggyback system meaning it does not control your fuel injectors it controls your map sensor in making it think there is more or less air coming in for the map sensor to tell the ecu to add and take away fuel.
