    Default What you do is remove that, unbolt that and then plug this in...

    You start with this...



    Then you pull your car inside and start taking stuff off...



    Then you keep removing...



    Then you remove your bumper!



    Get the fogs in, mount the ballast and test fit a headlight...



    Everything is all installed!



    Then amaze yourself that you actually did everything right!

    What?

    This is an H1 projector in the low beams. I guess it is technically plug and play but does require a bit of wiring.

    55w H1 6K HID both in the lows and fogs.

    I don't do the retrofit stuff. I don't have the time or patience for that little lighting mod

    I'm lost he got H.I.D's installed, and it was plug and play so what was he supposed to do?

    I fucking HATE angel eyes. They are fucking terrible. Everyone makes fun of neon ground effect kits but it is cool to put neon tubes around your lights? Yah NO THANKS!

    Plus all the kits are shit and just break and go bad. I had to simply unplug the ones in my M3. After swapping with umnitza multiple times I gave up. They are terrible.

    OEM BMW angel eyes. Good deal. CCFL angel eyes on an e36? Terrible.

    Clean that engine bay. Get a new roundel. Respray front bumper. Black out grills for the win.


    PS: Why choose 55watt HID? The 35 are bright enough. ( I just got pulled over for my HIDs, a record three times pulled over in one week)

    Pulled over FOR HIDs? Um I have never and been driving on them when BMWs and Mercs didn't even come with them. 7+ years ago. I think you might be attracting attention to yourself to get pulled for headlights.

    I will get a new roundel and black grills. Not wasting money on a bumper respray. I already cleaned the engine bay. It was worse. I hosed it down. I never clean that. Who cares. What is there to look at?

    The past three tickets for tint, turn signals, and HIDs have been unprovoked. It is getting rediculous.... When pulled over for tint, the cop was like "Sir you know what I pulled you over for?...........Illegal window tint!" They must be trying to catch drunk drivers or drugs... Too bad my car has nothing in it... in the 21 times I have been pulled over they have never searched.

    Again.

    I have obviously illegal tints on my M3. Still drive it on the streets and it screams pull me over. I just don't hear about getting pulled over for just tints very often. Definitely not headlights.

    How could they tell if I looked at them the wrong way? My tint is obviously too dark for them to see me... The other one was heinous too, for my turn signals being clear and not orange.... they still put out a yellow light.

    I am miles from Cobb and I drive to eat lunch there all the time. I see cops all the time.

    Don't see a ton of people complaining about it. I dunno. I drive more like a grandma when I was just driving around on surface streets. Highway I get up to speed but not really driving crazy.
