I think he should put something like a bullydog system on it. Just in the outside chance he may need to get away. I think an normal car could keep up but with that system on it he could dial up the horsepower and torque to move that huge tank.

Sorry guys, I dont think it's a diesel.
Look at the exhaust! No diesel has an exhaust stream like that. Unlike gas engines, diesels are on boost nearly all the time - and the smoke trail will not be so weak and just waft around right after coming out of the exhaust - even at idle. I think this beast probably has a conservatively tuned V8.
