Purchased this car for a project, and I think I've got it! This will just be a worklog to keep track of mods and maybe even help others out there who are working on their own cars.
Keep in mind I'm kind of new to this, but everything is constantly a learning experience. If you have any questions or want to know how something is done feel free to ask.

Just explained for anyone who wondered about the thread title.

Don't do what I did and go to JoAnn Fabrics. That is what I did at first and ended up pulling my panels to re-do them.

yutaka kayayama the one time president of Nissan Motors watched a broadway musical in 1956 titled (MY FAIRLADY)He love the play so much that he said that the car he designed would be his fairlady The 300ZX name followed the numerical convention initiated with the 240Z. The "X" was added to the model name by its predecessor signifying "luxury". The name was used in most markets with the exception of a few including the Japanese home market, there the car like all previous Z cars was sold as a "Fairlady Z".
