Default Messin around with the HD pics some more!!!

Well here is some more practice with the HD pictures. The last ones I did were at night and didn't turn out that good. So I decided to take some during the day. I still haven't purchased the program yet so it has the logo's on the pictures. LMK what ya think!

    The Rex

The Z, this one I'm still not sure about. Maybe to much!

    My house

Here are the previous ones I did at night and just didn't turn out right.

    And my buddies room!

Just because you can... doesn't mean you should.

Your learning what the program can do and I can appreciate that, but the uber saturation on the reds kills these shots.

I do like #1 ill give ya that one.

the 3rd pic was the only one i thought was interesting, the rest i didn't quite get as far as the HD side of it, seemed low quality.

Yeah I really don't know what I am doing and just like to play with it. I put a caption above the last few CRX pics saying how they didn't come out right and just was showing how the day time CRX picture at the top came out better.

Yea read the thread, and don't think I fall into this category.

    6. QUIT TRYING TO BE TRENDY WITH HDR

HDR does not equal awesome photo. Theres times to use it and times not to and just properly expose your photo. Taking a multiple exposures of your Accord in your parents driveway then tossing into photomatix is a perfect example of a time not to use HDR. Nothing pisses me off more than people trying to look cool by "shooting an HDR".

I don't consider myself a professional photographer, and just enjoy taking pics. And wanted to share some I messed with in the photomatix program just for the hell of it. They are not done exact and I know they need a lot to make them perfect. And I am no pro on "HDR" either, and don't consider the like 5 pics I have done in photomatix to be really good HDR shots. But I definitely see your point on a lot of the other in your thread. Thanks for the input.
