    Default Mile Marker 142

Well as some of you know or saw i broke down on the way to Tunerfest last night, and your probably woundering what happened.....well let me tell you.

6:00 pm-I washed up the hatch trying to make it look all sexy for the meet and did a quick look over of the car just to make sure none of the ghetto sh.it i rigged up isn't gonna mess up on the way to the track. Then i checked the usual stuff oil, coolant, and tire pressures. Then me and my little bro drive off to meet Blackboi for the rollout.

7:30ish-We ,as in everyone that was at the rollout, dip out towards commerce. The first 15-20 minutes were pretty smooth. Next thing you know the shizzle hit the fan. My car started shaking out control but only for a few seconds, at first i thought it might be flat tire so i pulled over to the side of the road. Got out and checked all my wheels and nothing looked out of the ordinary so i continued on with my journey. Not a split second later i hear the sound of my cv joints ripping in half and spitting the ball bearing out from under my car. My brother looked back and said he saw a semi truck swerving to miss the metal balls flying down the busy highway. So i jerked the car to the right and made to the side of the road. I know what had happened before i got out to out to assess the damage so the first i looked at were the the axels. I called AAA told them that my car had broken down at mile marker 142 going north on 85. They told me that a towtruck was already on the way. I then called my mom to tell what had happened, and being the mother she is totally flipped out and started yelling in spanish are you ok is your brother ok, i be there i 2 minutes. Keep in mind i live about 45 minutes away so by so miracle of god she was gonna get there in 2 minutes. Her and my dad finally got there an hour and half later. And they joined us in our endless wait for the tow truck.

10:30-So long story short, the tow truck finally get theres tows the hatch back to my house so i can the next day.
Next Day- I get up early to replace the axle and store doesn't have one in stock so i have to order it but it'll be here tomorrow.
Here are some the pics i took the today while we worked on removing the mangled axle.....
