I wouldn't want too much attention nor too less on the streets..
E46 with some fat rims
or
335 coupe just like in the pics posted above.
I think the bmw's are the nicest and quickest all around on the streets nowadays as a *DD* & i'd be set for life.
well the average price for most of those it $130,000, bit over budget.Originally Posted by NOTSOJDM
To be honest, I would keep my coupe (sig) and my EG Hatch (finish building it) and save the rest.
If I have to purchase a car with the money, a White or Laguna Blue S2000 would satisfy me.
92 EH2 - Current "We will build him, better, stronger, faster."
98 EJ8 - Stolen (Thieves)
I would take this over a gtr any day
and use the extra $40k for two years of racing
I actually laughed out loud when I saw that Gallardo, that's how awesome and scary that looksOriginally Posted by NOTSOJDM

Okay okay...I'll be reasonable. The Audi S5 is my pick...or the RS5 when it comes out.
I don't care that it won't be nearly as fast, or that it doesn't have more gadgetry than James Bond, or that it doesn't have the historic background (unless you want to consider Audi as a whole with their rally and LeMans victories)...it's quick, comfortable, well built...and just look at the thing. So much better looking than that GTR.
im about to blow this thread out... gimme a minute... lol

The point of the thread was that if you had the money for a GT-R...what would you buy instead?
I think that rules out the new M3 and the Turbo in most cases, new ones at least.
Let's say an $80,000 budget.
No, no Geos - this one is far worse!
You can have THIRTY of these for the price of ONE GT-R.
I wouldn't mind a Sooby - and boost it to make 500AWHP
Porsche 356 Speedster:
For real, I'd love one of these (and the GT-R) lol

The Tata Nano is such a joke...and I'd say it's a pretty bad idea for India, but I digress.
Why does that rule out the M3? It's cheaper.Originally Posted by Kaiser

Hold that thought. That car will never see the light of day in the U.S. so i could care less what the Indians buy. Cause you see, the more money TATA makes, the more likely this is to happen.Originally Posted by VooDooXII

new xkr-s looks great, plus fastest XK yet............but im sure over 80k
I'd LOVE an XK if they'd just release it with a manual transmission.
I wouldn't buy a Jag. Period.
EVERY single owner I've met, without fail, will cuss them out.
Smashing looks, very comfortable seats, prodigious power, opulent interior, just a fantastic car overall - if only it ran for more than a month without going to the shop for one CEL or another...
Why do such beautiful cars have such ugly reliability reps?
Trade-off...I guess. :/
mmmmm
Aston Martin DBS
BMW M3
Acura NSX
Nissan Silvia
BMW z4
Pantera - mmmmmmmmmm
DeLorean - Who wouldn't mind this?
